HOW TO ENTER
You can earn entries in any of the following ways:
There is no limit on referral entries, provided each referral is for a different individual.
Uploading a declarations page is optional and not required to enter.
Completing a quote does not require the purchase of insurance and does not obligate you to obtain coverage.
Referral entries are granted regardless of whether the referred individual purchases insurance.
No additional entries will be provided for purchasing or binding any insurance policy.
Current customers of Brady Insurance Agency are not eligible to receive entries through quote submissions. Existing clients may only receive entries through referral submissions.
Entrants must provide valid and accurate contact information. Sponsor reserves the right to contact entrants to verify eligibility and legitimacy of entries. Entries may be disqualified if the entrant cannot be reached, does not respond, or if any information is determined to be incomplete, inaccurate, or fraudulent.
Winner will be contacted by phone or email within five (5) business days. If the winner cannot be reached within ten (10) days, an alternate winner may be selected.
Winner may be required to verify identity and eligibility prior to receiving the prize.
Open to legal residents of New York State who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry.
Employees of Brady Insurance Agency and their immediate family members are not eligible.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
One (1) grand prize of $1,000 will be awarded.
Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to award additional prizes, including secondary prizes, based on participation or other factors.
All prizes will be awarded via check or electronic payment at Sponsor’s discretion.
Winners are responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes.
By accepting any prize, winner agrees to allow Brady Insurance Agency to publish their name for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
This promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the promotion if necessary.
